Refund policy

We understand sometimes a product just isn't right for you, so we've made it as easy as possible to send something back.

We offer 30-Day FREE Returns - If you qualify for a return, you are not liable for the postage cost of returning products within the United States.

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must be:

• Purchased within the last 30 days
• Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
• In their original condition 
• In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item)

Django & Juliette does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, color or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.
